Govia Thameslink Railway

Govia Thameslink is one of two railways currently owned by Govia, the other one being Southeastern. It is generally just known as Thameslink. It is marked on the map in purple. Generally it runs from London to Brighton and London to Cambridge , but it also includes a line covering London suburbs such as Surbiton and Wimbledon as well as the line between London and Sevenoaks.

Delay Repay

You can find all about claiming compensation, also known as Delay Repay on their website. In order to claim you will need your original ticket, your Oyster-card and, if applicable, a receipt of your contactless payment. The address to send the form to is:
